The Charge Backpack by Rip Curl features large front and main pockets, a built in organizer, and padded audio pocket. Since it is a wet / dry backpack, it also features a removable wet / dry bag, and an insulated cooler pocket. Just be sure you don’t stick your wetsuit in the padded laptop sleeve.
